The production of a tubular container is effected by rolling and lap-welding a multi-ply foil to form a cylindrical tube body (1), the arrangement of a collar (5) which partially closes this tube body (1) at the top, and the production of a head piece (4) of plastics material, which on the one hand connects the tube body (1) to the collar (5) and on the other hand forms the top closure of the tube. The collar (5) has a simple basic form before working and is brought by the working into a form in which its cut edges can be covered by plastics material flowing thereover, this shaping requiring no additional working operation, but being effected by the forces set up during the moulding process of the plastics material. Further by the shaping of the collar (5), the spacing between the collar and the tube body is reduced, thereby further improving protection against diffusion.

The container contains a tubular body 1 with welded seams, rolled up from a multilayer film having at least one metal and one plastic layer, a paste head 2 consisting of an OUT of a cylindrical neck and a rounded shoulder 3, and on the inside of the shoulder a ring-shaped insert 4 of the multilayer film with an intermediate layer. The outer edge 5 of the ring-shaped insert 4 is bent perpendicularly to the tubular body 1 N embedded in the material of the head.
In this case, the annular insert of the container has the shape of a surface
rotation, which is formed in the upper section 6 parallel to the axis of the tubular body 1, and in the lower section (outer edge 5) perpendicular to it. The intermediate part is divided into two parts 7 and 8 with a different angle of inclination with respect to the axis of the tubular body 1.
Part 7 of the insert, placed at a large angle of inclination to the axis of the housing, is parallel to the outer surface of the shoulder 3 of the head 2,
The container is made as follows.
The tubular body 1 and the insert 4 are placed on the blank 9, inserted into the matrix 10, plastic is inserted into the cavity of the matrix and the head 2 is formed. Under the pressure of the plastic, the lower outer edge 5 of the insert is bent perpendicular to the axis of the body. In this way, the plastic layer between the outer edge 5 of the insert and the housing 1 is minimized and its consumption is reduced.

1. TUBE CAPACITY, containing a tube-shaped body with welds, rolled up from a multilayer film having at least one metal and one plastic layer, a plastic head consisting of a cylindrical neck and a rounded shoulder, and ring-shaped on the inside of the shoulder: an insert of a multilayer film with an intermediate layer, characterized in that, in order to reduce material consumption, the outer edge of the annular insert is bent perpendicular to the tube-shaped body and edrene in the head material.

Capacity pop. 1, characterized in that the annular insert has the shape of a surface of revolution, forming on the upper section parallel to the axis of the tube-shaped housing, and on the lower section perpendicular to it, while the intermediate section is divided into two parts with different angles of inclination with respect to the axis of the tube-shaped housing.

3. The container according to claim 1, characterized in that the part of the insert placed at a large angle to the axis of the housing is parallel to the outer surface of the shoulder of the head.
